Sarah Cameron is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. With early experience in banking and corporate finance, she advised and financed companies navigating growth, capital structure, and strategic expansion.

Her work in business development and financial analysis sharpened her understanding of enterprise value — and the leadership required to protect and grow it.

She later moved from advising businesses to operating inside them. As Vice President and Partner at Motive Workforce Solutions, Sarah led operations, recruiting, payroll, HR, benefits, and financial oversight within a scaling, founder-led company. Over time, she built a broad and trusted network of operators, executives, and functional leaders, while developing deep, hands-on recruiting experience across both direct hire and executive-level placements.

Through this work, she witnessed something critical: the right executive hire can materially change a company’s trajectory. The wrong one can stall it at the most vulnerable moment.

SC Executives was built at the intersection of finance and operations — grounded in judgment, discipline, and a deep respect for entrepreneurial leadership.
